1. How long does shipping take?

Orders are packed the same day and shipped the next day. Shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days.

2. What’s your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. We thoroughly inspect all inventory before shipping, but if there’s an issue with your order, we will work with the post office to resolve it.

3. Do you offer pick up or delivery?

Yes, you can choose same-day pickup in Washington, DC. Simply select “Pick Up” during checkout.

4. What happens once a limited edition collection sells out?

Once a limited edition collection sells out, it will not be restocked unless we receive a high volume of requests. In that case, we may bring it back for a limited time.
